Meagan Faryna

Meagan Faryna completed her Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University in Ottawa, ON, in 2007. She worked as a television reporter and producer for CBC Edmonton and CityTV Edmonton from 2006 to 2010. Meagan also shot, directed, and edited the award-winning short documentary "Grace," which chronicles a young girl's struggle to lift herself and her family out of poverty through education. This powerful film was featured in 12 film festivals worldwide.
