document containing all past articles which contain that keyword or pertain
to that company.
What does the one day free trial entitle
me to?
Creditnews.com's one day free trial is designed to let you test out Creditnews.com
before subscribing. Your temporary password allows you to search the 1999
archives as well as view the first ten articles of the day's credit news.

How do I subscribe to creditnews.com?
Subscribing to Creditnews.com is easy. Simply click on "order" in the
navigation bar at the top of the screen or click here to fill out our
on-line order form. Be sure to choose a username and password you will
remember, or write them down in a safe place. Once you fill out and submit
the order form, an invoice will be faxed to you within 24 hours. But you
don't have to wait to begin using Creditnews.com. Your new username and
password begin working right away.
We receive one or more Business Publications
Inc. newsletters in our office. Does that make us Creditnews.com
subscribers as well?
No, but as a current hard copy subscriber you can add the web site to
your subscription for an additional $31.85 per quarter.
Help! I've forgotten my password!
No problem. If you forget your password, call us toll-free at (800) 407-9044
and we'll set you up with a new one. Make sure to choose something that's
easy to remember and write it down in a safe place.
I've entered my username and password,
but I still can't get in.
Always try entering your username and password a second time if the first
time fails. And, remember, usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
Make sure you are entering them exactly as you set them up, that your
CAPS LOCK is off, and that you have not made any typos.
How long is my temporary password good
for?
Your temporary password expires at midnight on the day you applied for
it.
What is the subscribers area of creditnews.com?
The subscribers area is the jumping off point for subscribers to search
our archives, view the day's credit news, and access the current issues
of Creditor's Edge, Retailer/Supplier Watch, Companies on the Move, and
the Industrial Manufacturers Report.
Can I use my temporary password to get
into the subscribers area?
No. Only subscribers can access the subscribers area.
How do I print newsletters, the daily
credit news, search results, or other pages from the web site?
On PCs running Windows, right-click with your mouse anywhere within
the document you want to print. Choose "print" or "print frame" from the
menu that appears. Follow the directions in the print window. Also on
PCs running Windows, you can hold down the CTRL key and press the letter
P to print a page. On Macintosh computers, hold down the OPTION
key and click anywhere in the document, then select PRINT from the menu.
Also on Macintosh computers, holding down the COMMAND key (the one that
has a picture on it that looks like a four leaf clover) and pressing the
letter P will bring up a print dialog for you.

The quickest and easiest way to get into Creditnews.com is to type creditnews.com
into the Address or Location line in your browser. No http or www necessary.
Note: typing creditnews.com into a search engine is not an efficient way
to access the site. You may find it even more convenient to bookmark the
subscribers area or add it to your personal start page. (For instructions,

A bookmark is a link in your browser to a web site. (Internet Explorer
calls it a favorite.) Click on "bookmarks" or "favorites" in your browser's
menu bar to get a list of your bookmarks.
